The Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka has received a loan from the World Bank, for the implementation of AHEAD operation and intends to apply part of the proceeds of this loan, to make payment under the contract for consultancy on Developing a Central Internship and Graduate Data Base in the Faculty of Commerce and Management Studies, University of Kelaniya.

The Chairman, Regional Procurement Committee (Minor) of the Operation Technical Secretariat of the AHEAD Operation, University of Kelaniya, invites eligible persons having below qualification, to indicate their interest in providing this service.  Interested persons must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the service (CV, description of similar assignments, experience in similar assignment , sample of documents developed and availability of appropriate skills etc, should be submitted.).  

Consultant will be selected in accordance with section 3.12 of the GOSL Guidelines on selection and employment of consultant – August 2007.
