Dr. Patrick McNamara, Executive Director of the United States-Sri Lanka Fulbright Commission, delivered a plenary speech titled “Transdisciplinary Research, Creativity, and Innovation for Economic Development” at the 24th International Postgraduate Research Conference (IPRC) – 2024. Organized by the Faculty of Graduate Studies, the conference was held on the 29th of November 2024 at the Auditorium of the Faculty of Commerce and Management Studies.

The Faculty of Graduate Studies of the University of Kelaniya successfully hosted the 24th International Postgraduate Research Conference (IPRC), under the theme “Research and Innovation for Economic Development,” on the 29th of November 2024. The Faculty of Graduate Studies (FGS) at the University of Kelaniya marked a pivotal moment in postgraduate education on the 7th of November 2024 at the Senate Room, with the launch of three transformative resources: the Postgraduate Management Guide for Program Coordinators, the upgraded Management Information System (MIS), and the Journal of Multidisciplinary and Translational Research (JMTR).
