The First Aid and Basic Life Support (BLS) Training Programme, organized by the Health and Safety Service Committee of the University of Kelaniya, was held under the theme " Strength for Life through First Aid Knowledge," on the 13th of February 2025, at the Main Auditorium of the Medical Center, University of Kelaniya.
The Staff Development program for probationary lecturers (Circle 27), organized by the Staff Development Centre (SDC), University of Kelaniya, commenced on the 24th of January 2025 at the SDC.
The Centre for International Affairs, in collaboration with the Goethe-Institut Colombo, organised a reading session featuring the acclaimed German poet and essayist Max Czollek. The event took place on the 21st of January 2025 at the Faculty of Humanities Boardroom in the K14 building.
The German Days 2025, organized by the Centre for International Affairs, German Studies Section of the Department of Modern Language and the University Library with the support of the Goethe Institute Sri Lanka and the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD), were celebrated on the 28th and 29th of January 2025 at the University of Kelaniya.
