2021/2022 අධ්‍යයන වර්ෂයට අදාළව මෙතෙක් මහපොළ ශිෂ්‍යත්ව සහතිකපත් ලබා නොගත් (තෙවන වසර ඉගෙනුම ලබන) සිසුන්ගේ ලේඛනය මේ සමඟ අමුණා ඇත.

එම සිසුන් පහතින් දක්වා ඇති දිනයන්හි දි ශිෂ්‍යසේවා අංශයට පැමිණ,

• මහපොළ ශිෂ්‍යත්ව අංකය දැනුම් දී,
• විශ්වවිද්‍යාල හැඳුනුම්පත ඉදිරිපත් කිරීමෙන් පසු,
• අදාළ ලේඛනයේ තම සුපුරුදු අත්සන සඳහන් කර මහපොළ සහතිකපත ලබාගන්නා ලෙස දන්වා සිටිමි.

එමෙන්ම මෙදිනෙන් පසු සහතිකපත් ලබා නොගන්නා සිසුන්ගේ මහපොළ ශිෂ්‍යත්වය අවලංගු වන බව ද දන්වා සිටිමි.

The students listed below (Third Year Students) who have not yet obtained their Mahapola Certificate for the 2021/2022 academic year must collect it from the Student Welfare Division on the specified dates.

Please ensure that you:

• Mention your Mahapola Scholarship Number,
• Carry your University ID card,
• Sign the relevant document with your usual signature to confirm receipt of the certificate.
