A delegation from Hengxing University, Qingdao, China visited the University of Kelaniya on the 24th of February 2025 for a discussion on future cooperation under the auspices of Dr. Sudath Senarath, Dean of the Faculty of Humanities at the Faculty of Humanities Boardroom 2.
The First Aid and Basic Life Support (BLS) Training Programme, organized by the Health and Safety Service Committee of the University of Kelaniya, was held under the theme " Strength for Life through First Aid Knowledge," on the 13th of February 2025, at the Main Auditorium of the Medical Center, University of Kelaniya.
The Staff Development program for probationary lecturers (Circle 27), organized by the Staff Development Centre (SDC), University of Kelaniya, commenced on the 24th of January 2025 at the SDC.
The Centre for International Affairs, in collaboration with the Goethe-Institut Colombo, organised a reading session featuring the acclaimed German poet and essayist Max Czollek. The event took place on the 21st of January 2025 at the Faculty of Humanities Boardroom in the K14 building.
