POST OF LECTURER / SENIOR LECTURER GRADE II (ON ASSIGNMENT FOR 6 MONTHS)

DEPARTMENT OF OBSTETRICS & GYNAECOLOGY / PHARMACOLOGY

FACULTY OF MEDICINE

 

1. EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Lecturer

1. MBBS Degree with First Class or Second Class (Upper Division)

OR

2. MBBS Degree with Second Class (Lower Division)

OR

3. MBBS Degree

and

• MD & awaiting Board Certification by the Postgraduate Institute of Medicine

or

• A Doctoral Degree in the relevant field

or

• A Master Degree in the relevant field with full time research of at least 24 months duration

 

(B)    Senior Lecturer Grade II:

• Candidates who are applying for above post should possess academic qualifications required for Lecturer

AND

1. MD in relevant field with Board Certification by the Postgraduate Institute of Medicine (PGIM)

or

1. A Doctoral Degree in the relevant field

or

• A Master Degree in the relevant field with full time research of at least 24 months duration

3. SALARY OF THE APPOINTMENT:

                     Salary : Lecturer:                                Rs.168,529.80 p.m.

                                    Senior Lecturer Grade II:          Rs.206,993.60 p.m.
