1. EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

 

1. Senior Lecturer Grade II:

 

1) A First Class or Second Class (Upper Division) with a Bachelor Honours Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Information and Communication Technology

AND

2) (i) A Doctoral Degree in the relevant field)

            OR

   (ii) A Master Degree in the relevant field) obtained after a full–time course of study of at least 24 months duration (or an equivalent part-time course of study) with a research component by way of thesis/dissertation.

           AND

          At least six (06) years of experience in one or more of the following:

1. Teaching at University Level,
2. Professional experience,

• Research in a recognized Institution,

1. Postgraduate Studies to acquire the qualifications stipulated at (2) above.

1. Lecturer:

 

1) A First Class or Second Class (Upper Division) with a Bachelor Honours Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Information and Communication Technology

Note: Preference will be given to candidates with the following specializations:

Software Engineering, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning, Human Computer Interfacing, Digital Multimedia and Game Development

2. SALARY OF THE APPOINTMENT:

         Salary:    Senior Lecturer Grade II                : Rs. 206,993.60 p.m.

                         Lecturer                                             : Rs. 168,529.80 p.m.
