EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

Senior Lecturer (on Contract)

Candidates who apply for the above post should possess the following academic qualifications.

 

(1)   MBBS Degree with First or Second Class (Upper Division) ;

or

(2)   MBBS Degree with Second Class (Lower Division)

or

(3)   MBBS Degree,

and

MD in Medicine with Board Certification by the Postgraduate Institute of Medicine (PGIM)

and

Experience of six years or more in one or more of the following:

1. Teaching at University Level,
2. Professional experience,
3. Research in a recognized institution,
4. Postgraduate studies to acquire the qualifications stipulated above.

 

Preference will be given to candidates who possess MD General Medicine/Neurology/Endocrinology by the Postgraduate Institute of Medicine, University of Colombo

SALARY Senior Lecturer (on contract):    272,998.40 p.m.
