 EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

 

Lecturer (Probationary):

• BSc Honors Degree in Microbiology with First Class or Second Class (Upper Division)

OR

• BSc Degree in Microbiology with Second Class (Lower Division)

OR

• BSc Degree with Microbiology as a subject

and

• MPhil in the field of Environmental Microbiology/Industrial Microbiology

or

• A Doctoral Degree in the field of Environmental Microbiology/Industrial Microbiology

or

• A Master's Degree in the field of Environmental Microbiology/Industrial Microbiology with full-time research of at least 24 months duration

 

Lecturer:

• Candidates who are applying for the above post should possess the academic qualifications required for Lecturer (Probationary).

and

• MPhil in the field of Environmental Microbiology/Industrial Microbiology

or

• A Doctoral Degree in the field of Environmental Microbiology/Industrial

        Microbiology 

or

• A Master's Degree in the field of Environmental Microbiology/Industrial

        Microbiology with    full-time research of at least 24 months duration

AND

• Having Less than (06) years of experience in one or more of the following:

1. Teaching at the University Level,
2. Professional experience,

• Research in a recognized Institution,

1. Postgraduate Studies

 

 SALARY OF THE APPOINTMENT:

   Salary :    Lecturer (Probationary) : Rs.163,254.00 p.m.   +  Cost of living allowance

                   Lecturer  : Rs.221,960.20 p.m.   +  Cost of living allowance
