The Career Guidance Unit (CGU) of the University of Kelaniya conducted a workshop on “Unlock Your Career Potential” in collaboration with Hayleys Fentons on the 30^th of April 2024 at the CGU Auditorium of the University of Kelaniya.

The 2-hour workshop was conducted by Ms. Lalani Weeraarachchi, General Manager - HR at Hayleys Fentons Limited. The main aim of the workshop was to empower undergraduates with valuable insights of professional development. The workshop consisted of three main topics: Crafting an impactful CV, Facing job Interviews with confidence, and Balancing studies and financial goals effortlessly. As part of the workshop, Hayleys Fentons facilitated the internship for the undergraduates of the University of Kelaniya. 38 registered undergraduates from the University of Kelaniya attended the workshop.
