The Centre for Gender Studies has launched a Gender Club for University Students.

Its first day of electing officers was held on 27^th of November, 2019 at the Open Space in Mee Amba Sevana.

“Gender Mainstreaming in University”; a conducting program for Gender Club and Foundation for Innovative Social Development (FISD) was organized by the Centre for Gender Studies

The objective of this event was to develop “Gender Mainstreaming in University”. Mr. Kapila Rasnayake was the resource person for the day. Senior Lecturer Dr. Anusha Edirisinghe, Director- Centre for Gender Studies & undergraduates also participated in the event.
