The inauguration ceremony of the 06^th batch of Master of Arts in Dancing Degree Programme offered by the Visual Arts, Design & Performing Arts Unit of the Department of Fine Arts, Faculty of Humanities, University of Kelaniya was held on the 05^th of January 2018 at the Auditorium of the Faculty of Social Sciences.

Present at the occasion were Prof. Patrick Rathnayake, Dean- Faculty of Humanities, Prof. Ariyarathne Jayamaha, Dean- Faculty of Graduate Studies, Prof. Prashanthi Narangoda, Head- Department of Fine Arts, Senior Lecturer Dulanga Gunarathne, Course Coordinator and academic staff members of the Department.
