A Chinese Tea Culture Event jointly organized by the Confucius Institute of the University of Kelaniya and China Cultural Center of Sri Lanka was held on the 06^th of September 2019 at Kotahena Pragnakeerthi Memorial Hall. It was held with the objective of gaining an experience of Traditional Chinese Tea Culture of Yunnang Province in China.

Present at the occasion were Prof. Patrick Rathnayake, Dean- Faculty of Humanities, academic staff members of the Confucius Institute, delegates from Yunnang University and undergraduates.
