A workshop to strengthen the strategic brand identity of the Department of Chemistry of the Faculty of Science, University of Kelaniya was held on the 17^th of July 2019 at Hotel Clarion. This is an image building activity funded by CESBID Project for curriculum development and strengthening the strategic brand Identity of the Department of Chemistry.

Present at the occasion were Prof. D.M. Semasinghe, Vice- Chancellor, Prof. Bimali Jayawardena, Dean- Faculty of Science, Prof. Janitha Liyanage, Head- Department of Chemistry, Senior Lecturer Dr. Suranga Wickramaarachchi, Coordinator of the workshop, academic staff members of the department and invited resource persons.
