An artistic workshop on conversational singing, organized by the Department of Library and Information Science Student Association, was successfully held on the 8^th of March 2025 at the Sri Dharmaloka Hall, University of Kelaniya.

The workshop aimed to develop various skills among participants, including creativity, teamwork, communication, etc.

Mr. Kithsirimevan Jayasena, Director of TalentAsia, and Mr. Nishantha Kularathne, along with the TalentAsia team, conducted the programme for university undergraduates.

The inauguration occasion was graced by Prof. Professor M. M. Gunatilake, Dean of the Faculty of Social Sciences; Dr. Priyanwada Wanigasooriya, Head of the Department of Library and Information Science; Senior Lecturer Nadeeka Rathnabahu, coordinator of the program; and Senior Lecturer Dr. K. R. N. Harshani, Senior Lecturer Dilhani Munasinghe, and Assistant Lecturer Tharaka Sandapali from the Department of Library and Information Science.
