A soft skill development programme organized by the Career Guidance Unit together with the Department of Statistics & Computer Science and Statistics & Computer Science Students' Association was held on the 12^th of July 2019 at A7 308 hall.

It was held with the objective of developing the soft skills related to professional cv writing and facing an interview.

Mr. Shehan Kumar, Senior Manager - Employer Branding and Engagement, Pearson Lanka (Pvt) Ltd was the resource person for the workshop. Present at the occasion were Senior Lecturer Jayantha Munasinghe, Director- Career Guidance Unit, Dr. D. D. M Jayasundara, Head- Department of Statistics & Computer Science, academic staff members of the Faculty of Science and undergraduates.
