The Sri Lanka Evaluation Association (SLEvA) organized an international event called National Evaluation Week 2023 - Evaluation for the Sustainable Development in Sri Lanka from 2^nd to 6^th October 2023 in Colombo, Sri Lanka.

Senior Professor Nilanthi De Silva, Vice Chancellor of the University of Kelaniya was a keynote speaker on the topic “Evaluation to Maximize Development Results in the Context of Economic Crisis” and delivered her speech at Galadari Hotel, Colombo. Mr. Serdar Bayryyev, Senior Evaluation Officer, Office of Evaluation, Food and Agriculture Organization and Ms. Ada Ocampo, President, International Development Evaluation Association also addressed the event as keynote speakers on the same topic.

His Excellency, Ranil Wickremesinghe, President of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka will grace the closing ceremony at Galadari Hotel on 4^th October 2023.
