The inauguration ceremony of ‘Sanjanani 2019’ - Communication & Public Relations Festival which has been  held on 18^th of December, 2019 at Social Science Faculty Auditorium.

The souvenir of Sanjanani which contains research articles related to the field of Communications & Public Relations was also launched at the ceremony.

Appreciating the veterans in the field of Media and Public Relations, “Harasara” Award Ceremony also held on the same day at the inauguration ceremony. The Veteran Radio Cricket anchor, Mr. Premasiri Epasinghe and The Veteran cinema critic Mr.Gamini Weragama were awarded and appreciated at the event.

Prof. D.M. Semasinghe, Vice-Chancellor, Senior Prof. Lakshman Senevirathna, Deputy Vice-Chancellor, Prof. M.M. Gunathilaka, Dean- Faculty of Social Sciences, Senior Prof. Ariyarathna Athugala, Chairman- Art Council, Senior Lecturer Ven.
