The Democratic Socialist republic of Sri Lanka has received a loan from the World Bank, and intends to apply part of the proceeds of this loan, to make payment under the contract for Consultancy Service on DESIGNING A FACULTY POLICY ON INTERNSHIPS RELATED TO HUMANITIES AND TO TRAIN THE STAFF. The Consultancy under the AHEAD Operation is funded by the World Bank and carried out by the ELTA-ELSE grant of the Faculty of Humanities, University of Kelaniya, Sri Lanka.

Therefore, Chairman, Regional Procurement Committee (RPC-Minor) of the Operation Technical Secretariat of the AHEAD Operation, University of Kelaniya, hereby invites eligible persons having below qualifications, to submit their interest (EOI) and proposals for providing this service including expected fee for the consultancy service.  Interested persons must also provide information indicating that he or she is qualified to perform this service (CV, evidence of experience in similar assignments, sample documents developed and proof of appropriate skills availability etc.) 

QUALIFICATION & EXPERINCE

1. Recognized professional qualifications in designing policy frame works.
2. Comprehensive and in-depth understanding of the Internships and its application in higher educational Institutions.

3. Proven experience.
