The Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka has received a loan from the World Bank, for the implementation of AHEAD operation and intends to apply part of the proceeds of this loan, to make payment under the contract for consultancy service on making a standardised English language test bank that will be later converted into the online mode, at the Department of English Language Teaching (DELT) of the Faculty of Humanities, University of Kelaniya.

The consultant would mainly be required to provide services as outlined in the terms of reference (TOR). The Chairman, Regional Procurement Committee (Minor) of the Operation Technical Secretariat of the AHEAD Operation, University of Kelaniya, invites eligible persons having below qualifications and got registered as Resource Person for English with OMST of the AHEAD Operation, Colombo, to indicate their interest to provide this consultancy by providing information that they are qualified to perform the required services (CV, brochures, description of similar assignments, experience in similar conditions, availability of appropriate skills etc, are required to be sent).
