Applications are invited from qualified persons for assignments at the Faculty of Computing and Technology of the University of Kelaniya.

Post of Engineer – On Assignment Basis

    Qualifications:

1. Should have a B.Sc. Engineering Degree specializing in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering from a University recognized by the UGC and the Institution of Engineers Sri Lanka (IESL), and registered with the Engineering Council of Sri Lanka (ECSL).

AND

2. A minimum of five (05) years of experience in the design, construction, and maintenance of buildings in a recognized establishment. Should also possess experience in handling contracts as well as managing direct labour.

Note: The in-plant training period shall not be counted for the period of experience.

3. Preference will be given to those who have experience in a recognized establishment.

Total assignment Fee LKR 153,000 /=  Per Month

Duly completed Application and supporting documents should be sent by registered post, with the relevant post, clearly marked in the top left corner of the envelope, to reach the Senior Assistant Registrar/ Academic Establishment Division, University of Kelaniya, Dalugama, Kelaniya, to be received on or before 10^th October 2024.     

The University reserves the right to shortlist the candidates and/or canceled the processing of assignment at any stage of selection.

Applications which are not fulfilling the required qualifications, and incomplete, illegible applications received after the closing date will be rejected.
