The book entitled "A Quick Review to Financial Accounting - Part 1"

authored by Dr.Saman Bandara, Mr.Malintha Perera and Mr.Lalitha Silva was launched on 11th August 2023 at the Vice Chancellor's Office of the University of Kelaniya.

Senior Professor Nilanthi de Silva, the Vice-Chancellor of the University of Kelaniya participated as the Chief Guest of the event.

During this event, the first copies of the book were presented to Senior Professor Nilanthi de Silva, the Vice-Chancellor of the University of Kelaniya, Professor Bandara Wanninayake, the Dean of the Faculty of Commerce and Management Studies, and Professor D. K. Y. Abeywardena, the Head of the Department of Accountancy.

The book contains questions and answers covering accounting concepts and standards which will be helpful for G.C.E (Advanced Level) students and students following professional accounting courses.
