Prof. Magdalena Ławicka from the Department of Organization and Management, University of Szczecin, Poland paid a curtsey visit to Senior Prof. Nilanthi de Silva, Vice-Chancellor of the University of Kelaniya, on the 28^th of April 2025 at the Vice-Chancellor’s office. Prof. Ławicka completed her mobility period from 28^th of April to 2^nd of May 2025 at the University of Kelaniya, within the framework of Erasmus+ Staff Mobility for Teaching.

She was hosted by the Department of Human Resource Management, Faculty of Commerce and Management. Dr. Saroja Wanigasekara, Head of the Department of Human Resource Management and Dr. Ishanka Karunarathne, Senior Lecturer of the Department of Human Resource Management were present at the meeting. Dr. Samanthi Jayawardena, Deputy Director, and Ms. Rasangi Gamage, Coordinator attended the meeting representing the Centre for International Affairs.

During her visit, Prof. Ławicka met Prof. W. M. C. B. Wanninayaka, Dean of the Faculty of Commerce and Management Studies and the academic staff of the Department of Human Resource Management. She conducted a research seminar on Stakeholder Relationship Management to the academic staff. Further, a guest lecture was offered to the third-year students of the department on the Specifics of Relationship Development in the IT Industry.
