"Pitch Tech 90”, a program for the Advanced Level Technology Students

"Pitch Tech 90”, a program focusing on the G.C.E. Advanced Level students in the Technology stream, was launched by the Faculty of Computing and Technology, University of Kelaniya.
This program is held annually as a part of the International Conference on Advances in Technology and Computing (ICATC). It was held on the 22nd of October at the FCT premises in Peliyagoda.
The main objective of the program was to further strengthen the pathway of school students by encouraging them to bring forward their hidden talents, creativity, and innovative ideas.
Also, another event was organized by ICATC organizing committees on the 26th of October 2022, to deliver cash prizes, gifts, and certificates to the first 15 students who were selected to participate in the final event.
The Dean of the Faculty of Computing and Technology, Dr. Chamli Pushpakumara, members of the academic and non-academic staff, the main sponsors of the PitchTech90 program, Dr. Shan Bandara, Director of SDTI Campus, Mr. Dian Baduge, Founder & Managing Director of Edu Lanka (Pvt.) Ltd. Participated in this event. Moreover, the Legion club of the University of Kelaniya was the main media sponsor for the event while the Communication and Media Unit of the University of Kelaniya covered the event.
