The second book of Mrs. Apeksha Embuldeniya, Lecturer (Probationary)- Department of Social Statistics “Samajiya Vidyavan Sandaha Sankhyanaya (Nyaya saha SPSS Mrudukanga Bhavithaya) - Palamu Kotasa” has been presented to Cadre Chair & Senior Prof. Nilanthi de Silva, Vice Chancellor- University of Kelaniya on 02^nd July 2021 at the Vice-Chancellor’s Office of University of Kelaniya.

This book comprises theoretical backgrounds, SPSS practical, and voice explanations with QR codes in addressing the descriptive statistical analysis techniques that can be used in Social Sciences Research. 

The e-event was organized by the Neptune Publications and ReadPlus Foundation and the review for the book has been done by Prof. R. A. S. P. Bandara,  Department of Economics.

The book launching e-ceremony was held on 30^th June 2021 with the participation of distinguished guests including Senior Prof. Y. M. S. Madduma Bandara, Former Vice-Chancellor, University of Kelaniya, Prof. M. M. Gunathilake, Dean - Faculty of Social Sciences, Senior Prof. S. R. D. Kalingamudali, Dean - Faculty of Science, Senior Lecturer Dr. K. M. L. M. Manjula Gunarathna, Head- Department of Social Statistics, Academic Staff Members from the Faculty of Social Sciences and the Faculty of Commerce and Management. Further, the book launching e-ceremony was delighted with the participation of undergraduates and many other scholars.
