The inaugural ceremony of the Diploma in Public Relation and Media Management for the year 2022 offered by the Department of Mass Communication, University of Kelaniya was held on the 20th March 2022 at 10.00 am via Online.

The Course Coordinator, Senior Lecturer Samanthika Priyadharshani delivered the welcome speech. Professor M.M Gunathilaka, the Dean of the Faculty of Social Sciences congratulated the diploma candidates. The Acting Head of the Department, Senior Lecturer Wijayananda Rupasinghe introduced the staff and the keynote address was delivered by Mr. Asoka Dias, the Director of MTV Pvt. Ltd & M.B.C Networks Pvt. Ltd.
