An awareness programme on Scopus & Scival Analytics which is being administered under Times Higher Education Ranking was held on the 16th of August 2018 at the Auditorium of the Staff Development Centre, University of Kelaniya. The prime objective of this programme which was organized by the Research Council of the university, was to make the academic staff members aware of Scopus and Scival database.

Dr. Shikha Guptha, Elsevier Customer Consultant Research Intelligence and Mr. Vijay Sekhar Reddy, Instructor at Elsevier Intelligence Institute on International Publications for North Asian Zone were the resource persons of the event.

Cadre Chair and Senior Prof. N.P. Sunil- Chandra, Lecturer Mr. G.H.B.A. De Silva, Web Revamping Consultant, Directors of Research Centres, Research Managers and academic staff members were present at the occasion.
