Career Fair 2019 themed on ‘Inspiring the next’ was was organized by the Career Guidance Unit of University of Kelaniya held on 13^th of December, 2019 at Dharmaloka Hall.

Prof. D.M. Semasinghe, Vice-Chancellor, University of Kelaniya was the chief guest of the occasion while, Senior Prof. Lakshman Senevirathna, Deputy Vice- Chancellor along with Prof. Patrick Rathnayake, Dean- Faculty of Humanities, Prof. B.M. Jayawardhana, Dean- Faculty of Science, Prof. Ariyaratjna Jayamaha, Dean- Faculty of Graduate Studies, Senior Lecturer P.N.D. Fernando, Dean- Faculty of Commerce & Management, Senior Lecturer Ven. Dr. Kapugollawe Anandakiththi Thero, Chief Student Counsellor, Mr. Jayantha Munasinghe, Director- Career Guidance Unit & academic staff members were also attended as honorary guests.

The event was mainly focused on conducting interviews and recruiting undergraduates/ graduates to the corporate sector.

Besides, the 5th edition of the Career Fair business magazine which consists interviews from professionals in the corporate sector, articles from undergraduates and young entrepreneurs from University of Kelaniya was also launched on this occasion. The invitees too participated in the occasion.
