The University of Kelaniya hosts an Erasmus+ Programme with a delegation from Estonia

An Erasmus+ Staff Mobility program was held at the University of Kelaniya on the 13th of March 2023 with a three-member delegation from the School of Humanities, University of Tallinn, Estonia.
The Centre for International Affairs of the University of Kelaniya coordinated the visit.
On this occasion, Professor Merilyn Meristo (French Studies), Professor Maris Saagpakk (German Studies), and Ms. Siigi Soidro (International Office) met with Senior Professor Nilanthi de Silva, the Vice Chancellor of the University of Kelaniya at the vice chancellor's office. Present at the meeting were Senior Professor Neelakshi C. Premawardhena, Director - Centre for International Affairs, Ms. Sashini Chandrasekara, Coordinator - International Cooperation, and Ms. Sanduni Iddamalgoda, Coordinator - International Cooperation.
Following the meeting with the Vice Chancellor, the delegation met the staff members of French and German Studies at the Department of Modern Languages to enhance the existing cooperation. Dr. Samanthi Jayawardena and Dr. Chandeera Gunawardhana of the French Studies Section and Ms. Sarasi Kannangara of the German Studies Section participated in the discussion.
