The 139^th General Convocation of the University of Kelaniya was held ceremoniously on the 21^st of November 2023 at the Bandaranaike Memorial International Conference Hall (BMICH), Colombo.

The convocation ceremony consisted of 03 sessions. During the 1^st session, 3 graduands of Bachelor of Business Management (General) Degree offered by the Faculty of Commerce and Management Studies, 100 graduands of Bachelor of Arts Degree offered by the Faculty of Humanities, and 413 graduands of Bachelor of Arts Degree offered by the Faculty of Social Sciences were conferred.

During the 2nd session, 404 graduands of Bachelor of Arts Degree offered by the Faculty of Social Sciences, and 112 graduands of Bachelor of Arts Degree offered by the Faculty of Humanities were conferred.
