A Bodhi Pooja Ceremony, organized by the Welfare Society of the University of Kelaniya, was held on 7^th of January 2025, at the university premises, under the precedence of Senior Professor Nilanthi de Silva, Vice-Chancellor of the University of Kelaniya.

This meritorious event was conducted to invoke blessings for the academic and non-academic staff, as well as the students of the university, for the new year, 2025.

The ceremony was graced by the presence of Mr. K. K. K. Dharmathilaka, Registrar of the university, along with all members of the Welfare Society of the University of Kelaniya.
