A workshop on “Gender Mainstreaming in University Administration” for non- academic staff members organized by the Centre for Gender Studies, University of Kelaniya was held on the 24^th of January 2019 at the Auditorium of the Staff Development Centre. The workshop was held with the objective of promoting awareness on gender mainstreaming within the non-academic staff members of the University.

Mr. W.M. Karunaratne, Registrar of the University of Kelaniya presided over the event as the Chief Guest. Present at the occasion were staff members of the Centre for Gender Studies and non- academic staff members. The workshop was conducted by Prof. Kamala Liyange and Dr. Anusha Edirisinghe.
