Inauguration of the 21st Staff Development Programme: The inauguration ceremony of the 21^st staff development programme for probationary lecturers was held on the 29^th of March 2019 at the Auditorium of the Staff Development Centre, University of Kelaniya.

Present at the occasion were Prof. D.M. Semasinghe, Vice- Chancellor, Cadre Chair & Senior Prof. N.P. Sunil Chandra, Chairman- Research Council, Senior Lecturer Dr. Bandara Wanninayake, Director- Staff Development Centre and academic staff members.
