The 114^th General Convocation of the University of Kelaniya was held on the 06^th of March 2020 at the Bandaranaike Memorial International Conference Hall (BMICH).

During the first session, three hundred and ninety eight graduands of Bachelor of Arts Degree offered by the Faculty of Humanities & fifty eight graduands of Bachelor of Arts Degree offered by the Faculty of Social Sciences were awarded the degrees.

During the second session, four hundred and ninety four graduands of Bachelor of Arts offered by the Faculty of Social Sciences were awarded the degrees.

During the third session, two hundred and eighty nine graduands of Bachelor of Arts offered by the Faculty of Social Sciences & one graduands of Bachelor of Business Management Degree offered by Faculty of Commerce & Management Studies were awarded the degrees.

Prof. D.M. Semasinghe, Vice-Chancellor of the University of Kelaniya, presided over the event.

Senior Prof. Lakshman Senevirathne, Deputy Vice-Chancellor of the University of Kelaniya, Mr. W.M. Karunarathne- Registrar, Deans of Faculties, Directors of Postgraduate Institutes, Directors & Chairmen of Centers & Units of University, Heads of Departments, academic staff members and parents were among the participants of this special ceremony.
