Applications should be on A4 size paper in strict accordance with the format given below and the perfected application should be sent under Registered Post, to reach the Deputy Registrar / Examinations, University of Kelaniya, Dalugama, Kelaniya on or before 06th July 2020. Mark degree name on the top left hand corner of the envelope. The application should include the following documents.

i. A bank receipt for depositing Rs. 1,000/- paid to any branch of Peoples Bank to the credit of A/C No: 055-1001-30667553, Peoples Bank, Kelaniya Branch.
ii. Certified true copies of the results sheets by the Principal of the School or a Justice of Peace with the official stamp of the certifying officer for (a) G. C. E. (A/L) 2019 and Z – Score.
iii. If the names on any of the above documents differ from that of application, an affidavit to confirm that they relate to one and the same person.

Applications which do not meet the stipulated criteria and specified requirements will be rejected.
