The students listed below (Third Year Students) who have not yet obtained their Mahapola Certificate for the 2020/2021 academic year must collect it from the Student Welfare Division on the specified dates.

Please ensure that you:

• Mention your Mahapola Scholarship Number,
• Carry your University ID card,
• Sign the relevant document with your usual signature to confirm receipt of the certificate.

Important: Your Mahapola Scholarship will be canceled if you do not collect the certificate within the designated dates.
