A Personal Development Program on " How to be an Excellent Communicator" was conducted by the Career Guidance Unit (CGU) of the University of Kelaniya for all the undergraduates of the university, on the 03^rd of September 2024 at the CGU Auditorium.

The main objective of the workshop was to enhance undergraduates’ communication skills to be excellent communicators.

The 2-hour workshop was conducted by Mr. Asoka Dias, Director, MTV Channel Pvt Ltd & MBC Networks Pvt Ltd of the Capital Maharaja Group. 

Present at the occasion were Senior Professor Dilkushi Wettewe, the Director of the CGU; Senior Lecturer Mr. Wijayananda Rupasinghe, Head of the Department of  Mass Communication; and Mr. K. A. M. Viraj Abeysinghe and Mrs. R. P. A. Minoon Perera, Career Counsellors of the University of Kelaniya. More than 50 registered undergraduates from the University of Kelaniya attended the event.
