A session on 'Dealing with Feelings' organized by the Department of Human Resource Management of the Faculty of Commerce and Management Studies, University of Kelaniya was held on the 02^nd of July 2019 at the auditorium of the Faculty of Commerce and Management Studies. It was held with the objective of providing awareness for the students who are following the HRM special degree on how to understand people and their feelings in order to have good relationships with them.

The session was conducted by Dr. Ajith Colonne, Former Deputy Director / Advisor on Intelligence Analysis - State Intelligence Service. Present at the occasion were academic staff members and the undergraduates of the department.
