A guest lecture on ‘Challenges in Human Resource Management’ organized by the second year undergraduates of the Department of Human Resource Management of the Faculty of Commerce and Management Studies, University of Kelaniya was held on the 04^th of July 2019 at the auditorium of the Faculty of Commerce and Management Studies.

The event was presided over by Mr. Sudharshana Jayatilake, Human Resource Manager- Ceylinco Life as the Chief Guest. Present at the occasion were academic staff members of the Department of Human Resource Management and undergraduates.
