Department of Human Resource Management, Faculty of Commerce & Management Studies, University of Kelaniya commenced a continuous program in developing soft skills of future leaders in the country.

As a result, one of the  series of soft skills development training and workshops was held on 16^th of December, 2019 for G.C.E Advanced Level school students with the participation of the undergraduates of Human Resource Management Department.

Senior Lecturer Dr. M.P.N. Janadari, Head- Department of Human Resource Management graced the event as the chief guest while, Mr. A. G. Nimal Jayaweera, Principal- Sri Dharmaloka College, Kelaniya and Senior Lecturer R. K. N. D. Dharshani, Department of Human Resource Management attended the event as other distinguished guests. 

The main objective of the program was to develop the soft skills of the young educated generation to be successful in their career and personal life.
