The books entitled Aňduren Eliyaṭa Magak, authored by Professor Nedalagamuwe Dhammadinna Thero, and Punci Māyākāri, a translation by Lecturer Ashani Shalika Ranasinghe, were officially launched on the 18^th of September 2024, at the K14 Auditorium. The event was hosted by the Department of Modern Languages, Faculty of Humanities.

During the event, the keynote addresses were delivered by Senior Lecturer Anuruddhika Kularatne and Senior Lecturer Chinthaka Ranasinghe of the Department of Sinhala Studies.

The ceremony was graced by Dr. Sudath Senarath, Dean of the Faculty of Humanities, Professor Nedalagamuwe Dhammadinna Thero, Head of the Department of Modern Languages, along with distinguished guests, professors, senior lecturers, lecturers, and scholars.
