The Alumni Association of the Department of Chemistry, Faculty of Science, University of Kelaniya hosted an engaging seminar on "Mindset Mastery and Leadership Empowerment" for undergraduate students on the 18^th of July 2023 at the B1 212 lecture hall of the university.

The aim of conducting this seminar was to empower students to take charge of their personal and professional lives, fostering leadership qualities that would set them on a path of success and fulfillment. The topics of the seminar revolved around crucial aspects of personal growth, with discussions centered on self-motivation, positive attitude, skill development, goal-setting, and self-development.

Dr. Ranil Sugathadasa, the Head of the Department of Transport and Logistics Management of the University of Moratuwa, who is also a leadership and management trainer graced the event as the resource person with his profound expertise and insights.

Over 200 undergraduates participated in this workshop.
