An awareness programme on substance abuse for newly enrolled undergraduates organized by the Medical Centre, University of Kelaniya was held on the 01^st of April 2019 at the Auditorium of the Faculty of Science.

Present at the occasion were Dr. Miyuru Chandradasa (Consultant Psychiatrist), Faculty of Medicine, University of Kelaniya, Dr. Chinthaka Rathnayake, Chief Medical Officer- University of Kelaniya and undergraduates.
