The Certificate Awarding Ceremony of the Diploma in Sport Management 2018 (1st Batch) and Diploma in Physical Education and Sport Management 2019/2020 (1st Batch)

offered by the Department of Sport Science and Physical Education, Faculty of Social Sciences of the University of Kelaniya was held on 03^rd December 2022 at 9.30 am at the Social Sciences Auditorium.

Chief Guest of the ceremony, Prof. M. M. Gunathilake, Dean - Faculty of Social Sciences, Senior Lecturer M. K. A. Anoma Rathnayaka, Head - Department of Sport Science and Physical Education, Senior Lecturer Yamuna Mendis, Head - Department of Political Science, Professor A. G. Amarasinghe, Head - Department of Geography, Dr. K. M. L. M. Manjula Gunaratne, Head - Department of Social Statistics and staff members of the Department of Sport Science and Physical Education participated in this distinguished occasion. 

Certificates were awarded to 90 Diploma students at this event. Moreover, three students were awarded with Merit certificates for the Diploma in Physical Education and Sport Management 2019/2020 (1st Batch).
