Professor M. M. Gunatilake, Dean of the Faculty of Social Sciences, University of Kelaniya, and Professor Tetsuya Sagawa, Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences,

Kanazawa University had an extensive discussion on 5^th September 2023 at the Research Centre, Faculty of Social Sciences.

The discussion was on conducting inter-faculty educational research related to sport education and social sciences, student exchange programs, and joint research.

Professor Shohei Kokudo, Professor Tohiru Koizo, and Professor Takahiro Nakano, from Chukyo University also participated in this discussion and consented to conduct educational exchange programs and research with the Faculty of Social Sciences.

Senior Lecturer M. K. A. Anoma Rathnayaka, Head of the Department of Sport Science and Physical Education, Faculty of Social Sciences, University of Kelaniya, and the academic staff of the same department also participated in the discussion.
