A guest lecture on Capitalism organized by the Department of Political Sciences of the Faculty of Social Sciences, University of Kelaniya was held on the 03^rd of April 2019 at the Auditorium of the Faculty of Social Sciences.

The lecture was held with the objective of enhancing the subject knowledge on Capitalism and current trends

Lecturer Sumith Chaminda, Department of Political Science, University of Colombo conducted the guest lecture. Present at the occasion were Prof. M.M. Gunathilake, Head- Department of Economics, Senior Lecturer Yamuna Mendis, Head-Department of Political Science, Senior Lecturer Sithara Priyadarshana, Head- Department of International Studies, academic staff members and undergraduates.
