A blood donation campaign organized by the Department of Geography of the Faculty of Social Sciences, University of Kelaniya was held on the 03^rd of April 2019 at the K2 002 hall.

The campaign was organized with the objective of donating blood to the National Blood Bank.

Present at the occasion were Senior Prof. Lakshman Senevirathne, Deputy Vice- Chancellor, Senior Lecturer Ven. Dr. Kapugollewe Anandakiththi Thero, Director- Student Affairs, Senior Lecturer Dr. Nishan Sakalasooriya, Head- Department of Geography, academic staff members, undergraduates and blood donors.
