The ‘Inter-University Kabaddi Championship 2024’ was held from 27^th to 29^th of September 2024 at the South Eastern University of Sri Lanka. Teams from both men and women categories, representing all state universities, participated in this competition.

In this competition, the Women’s teams of the University of Kelaniya secured the overall 2^nd runner-up. In this category, the Sabaragamuwa University of Sri Lanka claimed the overall championship, followed by the University of Sri Jayewardenepura as the overall 1^st runner-up.
