Megha Sooriyaarachchi, a 28-year-old alumnus of the University of Kelaniya, was crowned at the Siyatha Mr. World Sri Lanka 2024. The distinguished event took place on the 29^th of July 2024, at the Hilton Grand Ballroom in Colombo. Megha, who graduated with a BA Honours in Film and Television, is a multi-talented individual excelling both as an actor and a director.

Megha’s victory at Siyatha Mr. World Sri Lanka 2024 marks a significant milestone, and he will be proudly representing Sri Lanka at the Mr. World 2024 competition, scheduled to take place in Vietnam from 15th September 2024 to 5th October 2024.

In addition to his impressive professional career, Megha is the founder of 'The Foundation of Change,' a non-profit organization committed to empowering grassroots communities across Sri Lanka.
