Even though the University has scheduled the convocations several times, it has become unpredictable to decide the dates of the convocation due to the prevailing covid 19 situation in the country.

As a result of the same, there are many candidates to be graduated at convocations.

Continuous requests have been received from the students requesting the degree certificate in order to use the same for their higher education and migration purposes. Therefore, arrangements have been made to award the degree “in-absentia” as per the request/ consent of the candidates.

Hence, if you wish to obtain the degree “in-absentia”, please fill the Google form through the following link to give your consent on or before 15.06.2021 for the same. The details pertaining to awarding the degree and issuance of the certificates will be informed later.

• This is valid only for the final results already released from the senate.
• Once the degree is awarded “in-absentia”, it is not allowed to participate for the convocation later “ In – Persona”
• The request to obtain the degree certificate “in-absentia” will be considered as final and no changes will be allowed later.
• Requests received after the above deadline will not be considered.
